I think this is really simple. For 2019 onward cars the MCs with fixed dampers have a bonnet scoop, central exhausts and a vent in the front wing (see pics). The sports do not have a scoop etc. All are ZF 6 speed full automatics. I looked at both when buying my 2019 sport. You also get...

Introducing some old school sportsmaserati thread drift, it’s nice to have a dirty car for a week or two as it’s one less excuse not to get out and drive. Mines spotless as well now, but enjoyed 2 and a half weeks of it being filthy and jumping in it at every opportunity :)
